1. Services

Joey’s Auto Detailing LLC provides mobile auto detailing services including, but not limited to:

  • Full detailing

  • Ceramic coating

  • Paint correction

  • Window tint

  • Maintenance detailing

  • Vehicle accessory services

Services are performed at the client’s location unless otherwise agreed.

2. Appointments and Scheduling

Appointments are scheduled based on availability.

We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather conditions, safety concerns, equipment issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

Clients must provide accurate address and vehicle information when booking.

​

3. Payments

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

​

We may process payments through third-party providers such as Square.

​

Joey’s Auto Detailing LLC does not store credit card information.

​

Pricing may vary based on vehicle size, condition, and service complexity.

​

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients must provide reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for late cancellations or no-shows.

​

Weather-related rescheduling will not result in penalties.

5. Vehicle Condition Disclaimer

Clients are responsible for disclosing any pre-existing damage.

Joey’s Auto Detailing LLC is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing paint damage

  • Clear coat failure

  • Worn trim or plastics

  • Electrical malfunctions

  • Mechanical failures

Certain services such as paint correction and ceramic coating involve risk inherent to vehicle restoration.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Joey’s Auto Detailing LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.

​

7. SMS Terms and Conditions

By opting in to receive SMS messages from Joey’s Auto Detailing LLC, you agree to receive:

  • Appointment confirmations

  • Appointment reminders

  • Service updates

  • Maintenance notifications

  • Occasional promotional offers

Message frequency varies but typically ranges from 1 to 4 messages per month.

Message and data rates may apply.

​

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

​

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing services.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
